Role & Responsibilities 

·Work with Project Sponsors and Directors within EB in shaping and planning new projects, including definition of business cases, in line with business strategy

Gathering and analyzing data to identify business problems and opportunities for improvement. Developing and documenting business requirements, user story, process workflows, risk, timeline and communications plans for projects Establish, lead and motivate the project teams to carry out all project tasks and deliverables according to agreed time and cost estimates Influence project stakeholders to provide support and inputs required to ensure projects’ success Chair and facilitate project status/design meetings including brainstorming, decision making and issue resolution Perform project closure including closure of project cost accounts, storage of project files and post implementation reviews Communication to all project stakeholders on project progress, issues and status. Developing and executing test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Providing training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. Monitoring and measuring the success of implemented solutions, and making recommendations for further improvements. Incorporate benefits tracking into projects to ensure benefits are monitored correctly after project completion. Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Your Profile

Qualifications and Requirements

University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, IT or related disciplines More than 10 years solid experience in managing/consulting in large scale projects Broad knowledge of financial services &/or insurance industry desirable. LOMA qualification an added advantage. Excellent understanding of project management control procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Financial analysis / Business analysis skills Strong Change Management and Dispute Resolution skills. Experience with understanding and translating complex business requirements.
