Position Overview

Supervise the daily functions of the Employee Benefits claims department Evaluate and authorize claims within established limits, providing necessary insights and justifications Address grievances and mediate conflicts effectively Continuously assess operational efficiency of processes Develop and implement strategies to meet organizational goals Conduct training sessions for Employee Benefits staff on medical claims Support system improvements and enhancements Manage detection of fraudulent claims Generate claims and audit reports Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by senior management

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree with 10-15 years of relevant experience in medical insurance claims, including at least 5 years in a leadership role FLMI qualification is a plus In-depth knowledge of Employee Benefits insurance Expertise in medical claims processing Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a self-driven attitude Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing) Essential management capabilities Ability to initiate and implement technological and procedural changes Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
