The Job
Oversee the daily operations of the Employee Benefits claims team
Monitor and approve the claims within the pre-set authority and provide appropriate commentary and justifications
Handle complaints and resolve disputes
Regularly review the processes operation efficiency
Implement development plan to achieve the company objectives
Provide training to EB staff on medical claim knowledge
Assist in system development and enhancement.
Handle Anti-fraud claim detection
Produce claims and audit reporting
Carry out other duties and ad hoc projects as directed by the senior management from time to time
The Person
Degree holder with 10-15 years relevant experience in medical insurance claims including 5+ years in managerial positions
Qualification of FLMI is an advantage
Knowledgeable in Employee Benefits insurance
Proficiency in medical claims knowledge
Strong analytical and problem solving, self-motivated and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
Management skill is essential
Able to initiate & implement technology and processes changes
Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written
