Wellness Development Manager, Employee Benefits

We're currently seeking a Wellness Development Manager. Positioned under the Chief Employee Benefits and Wellness office, the successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing our wellness strategy, focusing on enhancing awareness and engagement with our wellness proposition.
Responsibilities:
Wellness Strategy Development : In this role, you'll play a key role in developing wellness strategy. This includes pinpointing potential wellness solutions, creating an approach to boost awareness of our wellness proposition, and building a strategic roadmap aligning with our wellness goals. Program Implementation : This involves overseeing the execution of our wellness strategy, including managing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating projects and timelines across teams, and ensuring efficient, effective strategy execution. A critical aspect of this role is optimising the digital user experience to make our wellness journeys user-friendly, engaging, and beneficial. Wellness Service Management : You'll manage our wellness offers and services portfolio, evaluating their competitiveness and relevance, and adjusting as needed. You'll also identify opportunities for new offers and partnerships to enhance our wellness solutions to B2C customers and B2B clients. Event Planning : You'll plan and execute digital and onsite wellness events to promote our initiatives and foster a health-conscious culture. This includes selecting event themes, managing logistics, and ensuring high attendance and engagement. Market Analysis : As Manager, you'll monitor wellness sector trends and competitor activities, conduct regular analysis, gather customer feedback, and make informed recommendations. The objective is to keep our wellness proposition innovative, competitive, and responsive to market needs. People Management : You'll oversee and mentor a small team to ensure effective performance.Your Profile
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline. Digital User Experience : Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing or user experience, with a track record of designing user-friendly digital frameworks. Communication Skills : Excellent abilities in conveying complex information effectively to diverse audiences and partners. Project Management : Proven experience in managing projects, including task organization and timely execution. Market Analysis : Proficiency in deciphering market trends and data, and using this insight for strategic decision-making. Team Management : Strong team management skills with an ability to cultivate a collaborative work environment. Work Ethic : Proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Industry Experience : While not mandatory, experience in a similar role within the health and wellness sector or insurance industry is a plus.About AXA
