- Develop marketing activities to promote the brand and penetrate cross-selling to existing customers and induce awareness to potential new customers
- Work with product and pricing teams to formulate benefit and pricing proposals to meet individual customer needs
- Collaborate with the Health team and other stakeholders to explore full Employee Benefits solutions to maximize sales production in accordance with matching customers' Health and Wellness needs
- University graduate with extensive general banking experience and exposure in commercial banking, business development, or Insurance/Employee Benefits products
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Organised with ability to work independently and effective problem-solving skills
- Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively
- Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn, and ability to work in an Agile environment
- Proficiency in both English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
