At HSBC Life, we're committed to helping our clients achieve their goals and secure their futures. As an Employee Benefits Business Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our business forward and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our Employee Benefits business
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships
  • Formulate and deliver Employee Benefits products and services to corporate employers and their members
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our frontline staff
  • Design and execute marketing activities to promote our brand and products to existing and potential customers
  • Work closely with our product and pricing teams to develop benefit and pricing proposals that meet individual customer needs
Requirements
  • University graduate with extensive general banking experience and exposure to commercial banking, business development, or Insurance/Employee Benefits products
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Organized and able to work independently with effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
