Work with Digital Marketing and Solution Team to create innovation and value proposals based on RFQ documents and client needs. Responsible for driving market growth and developing a pipeline for new business opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers. Successfully close deals with customers and lead contract negotiations. Support and implement strategic business plans for achieving revenue growth in line with regional and corporate objectives. Lead the preparation and presentation of business cases for new opportunities for management approvals. REQUIREMENTSDegree holder in a relevant academic background, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. Minimum 3 years of sales/business development experience from 3 PL/Supply Chain/Warehouse or related industries. Demonstrate success in developing large-scale logistics projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with networking capabilities. Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin.
