Sales and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our team as an Intermediary Sales specialist, focusing on asset management and fund distribution.
Key Accountabilities:
- Nurture and grow relationships with key intermediaries to achieve business objectives.
- Develop strategic partnerships with retail banks, private banks, insurance companies, and IFAs to expand our reach.
- Support the onboarding process for new funds, ensuring timely and efficient integration into existing portfolios.
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to inform business strategy.
- Design and implement effective sales materials to engage investors and showcase our expertise.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in asset management, fund distribution, or financial services.
- Licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).
- Familiarity with the local investment landscape and regulatory requirements.
- Results-driven individual with a strong passion for sales and business development.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
