About the Role

This Senior Sales Manager position involves developing, maintaining, and growing businesses with existing customers while hunting for new accounts.

You will engage early with customers to gather technical requirements, compile sales proposals, and conduct presentations.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop business strategies and growth plans for existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with local partners and pre-sales teams to develop bidding strategies.
  3. Provide accurate pipeline forecasts to the management team and deliver across balanced scorecards.
  4. Build long-term relationships with key account clients at the C-level and maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

  • A university graduate majoring in computing, business administration, or telecom-related fields is essential.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the IT industry with proven sales track records is preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.
