About the Role - Senior Sales Manager Responsibilities: Develop, maintain and grow businesses with existing customers and hunt for new accounts. Engage early with customers to gather the most appropriate technical requirements. Compile sales proposals and conduct presentations to customers. Update sales activities in Salesforce (customer meetings, Po C, etc.), conduct deal cost analysis, and provide accurate pipeline forecasts to the key management team. Work closely with local partners (vendors, distributors, consulting partners, etc.) and the pre-sales team on bidding strategy. Deliver across a balanced scorecard of targets for the group (annual revenue and profit targets) while developing a long-term strategy for growth. Excel in business objectives and maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction with key account clients at the C level. Qualifications: University graduate majoring in computing, business administration, or telecom-related fields is essential. Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the IT industry (System Integrator or Vendor) is preferable with proven sales track records. Experience handling multinational business is a plus. Demonstrated experience in business and market development, including complex business-to-business sales cycles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer relationships and base (key stakeholders) are a must. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential.
