fashion concept brand started in 2000. Brand design director Chloe CHEN opened the first fashion concept store in Taipei. The purpose of the store is to discover unique works from all over the world and introduce them to domestic consumers. Instead of blindly following the trend, it uses classic and unique products to satisfy customers' desire to show their personal style. With the success of the concept store, Chloe CHEN , with her passion for design, launched the CHLOECHEN design women's shoe series in 2003. The designed shoes even amazed Hollywood star Cameron Diaz. Then in 2007 , she established the CHLOECHEN design. The studio launched a series of clothing and accessories with a fashionable and luxurious style with a touch of rock elements. It not only rewrote the definition of urban fashion, but also was highly praised in the Chinese entertainment and fashion circles and was called " the star's private wardrobe ".With 5 stores in Taiwan and two stores in Shanghai, CHLOECHEN's first Hong Kong store was opened in March,2024www.CHLOECHEN.comRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Shop Senior Salesperson located in Hong Kong. The Shop Senior Salesperson will manage daily sales activities, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. The role involves training and overseeing junior sales staff, maintaining store displays, handling inventory, and meeting sales targets. The Shop Senior Salesperson will also collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized styling advice and exceptional service.Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling.Manage the sales floor, ensuring a luxurious and welcoming environment.Stay updated on fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand history to educate clients.Assist in organizing and executing in-store events.Train and mentor junior sales associates.Handle client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales services professionally.Must-Have RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or high-end boutiques.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Strong knowledge of luxury fashion brands, trends, and clientele.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons.Nice-to-Have RequirementsBackground in styling or fashion consulting.Existing client book or network in the luxury fashion industry.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary + commission structure.Health insurance.Performance-based bonuses and incentives.Working HoursStandard Hours: 10:30 AM–7:30 PM.8 days off per month.Work LocationCentralSeniority level
