• Achieve sales & revenue targets by identifying and securing business opportunities from prospective customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, develop a portfolio of key customers in MNCs
• Formulate a Sales & Marketing Strategy and assist department head to deploy an effective marketing events to our targeted customers
• Establish, develop and maintain effective business relationships with nominated accounts and develop long term partnership with them
• Strengthen customer confidence into loyalty
• Review & analysis the market situation and report to senior management periodically Candidates with less experience will be considered as (Senior) Account Manager. Responsibilities
• Take a sales driven role to achieve the annual sales targets and generate sales revenue for the company
• Responsible for developing new businesses and strategy partnership within Asia Pacific for data and Internet business cooperation
• Responsible to take full ownership of strategic accounts by developing long term relationship with key decision makers and to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered
• Coordinate with different departments in setting up pricing strategy, improving and developing product offerings and coordinating marketing events Job Requirements Sales Manager (Enterprise or Government/Public)Requirements
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in IT & Telecom industry with proven sales track record, preferably with global carrier working experience
• Sound knowledge in selling telecom products and ICT Solutions
• Be able to establish relationship with senior executive contact
• Experience in China Market will be more preferable
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation and presentation skills
• Positive mindset, result-oriented, high level of initiative and integrity
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in English, Cantonese/Putonghua is a prerequisite for this role
• Occasionally travel is needed Requirements
• Degree holder in Communications/ Marketing/ Business Administration or above with 3-5 years' experience in telecommunications industry, preferably in carrier sales business
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrated skills in relationship building and relationship management
• Knowledge of Telecom Technology and Product Portfolio in wholesale market
• Previous sales achievement is preferred as reference
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated skills in relationship building and relationship management
• Ability to interact and work effectively with a broad range of China Telecom functional areas
• Outgoing, aggressive, responsible and proactive character
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin
