THE COMPANY : Japanese food & beverage brand owner, manufacturer, and marketer. Our products are available through a diverse distribution network that includes department stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, fast food chains, wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, bars, hotels, and airlines in Hong Kong. We are looking for SENIOR SALES & MARKETING MANAGER - with details as follows : THE JOB : Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the brand in the Hong Kong market; and potentially China market. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Provide strategic insights to top management. Brand Development: Develop and execute brand positioning and growth strategies. Client Relationships: Lead the Team to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including department stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, fast food chains, wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, hotels, etc. Sales and Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing strategic recommendations for improvement. Leadership and Team Development: Lead and develop the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Consultative Role: Serve as a strategic advisor to top management, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth. Business Model Development: Propose and implement the best business model for the Brand, considering a hybrid retail and e-commerce approach to maximize market penetration. Brand Success: This comprehensive role is designed to leverage the candidate's strategic mindset and expertise to drive the brand's success in the competitive Hong Kong market. Report to: CEO. Minimum Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of managerial level experience in sales/marketing/branding of food or FMCG. Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese & Cantonese. Leadership Skills: Experience in managing and leading a sales and marketing team. Consultative Approach: Ability to advise top management on sales & marketing strategies and the best business model for the Brand.
