    Our client is a diverse corporate conglomerate located in Hong Kong that has successfully completed a number of residential and commercial projects. With business development, they are currently looking for a Head of Residential Sales to join their team.

    About the job

    • Oversee all sales and marketing functions for the company's projects.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, marketing positioning, distribution, sales administration, and post-sales management.
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including product naming, sales brochures, marketing collateral, advertising materials, and media liaison.
    • Supervise a team responsible for conducting comprehensive research and in-depth analysis on the latest market trends and government policies.
    • Participate in feasibility studies for land acquisition and make recommendations on appropriate flat size and mix design for development.
    • Manage and oversee the leasing activities and asset management of the company's properties.
    • Monitor and motivate property agents, service providers, and consultancies to ensure effective execution of sales and leasing strategies.

      What you'll ideally have

      • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
      • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in residential sales and marketing.
      • Strong experience in handling large-scale residential projects and luxury properties in Hong Kong, with a good understanding of the First-hand Sales Ordinance.
      • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
