About the role...

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the entire customer experience and sales growth. Collaborating with the Co-Founders, you will develop strategic plans, manage the sales cycle, and contribute to their reputation for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities...
  • Sales responsibility: You will set and monitor quarterly and annual sales targets. You will develop strategies to grow revenue through various sales methods. You will also implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Leadership responsibility: You will lead the sales team, overseeing hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Relationship responsibility: You will foster relationships with key clients and partners for business development
  • Market responsibility: You will analyze market trends and collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Management responsibility: You will manage sales forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team responsibility: You will enhance sales team efficiency with processes, tools, and systems.
What your CV should highlight...
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; post-graduate degree preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in e-commerce, retail merchandising, or category management.
  • Familiarity with the electronics industry in Hong Kong.
  • Experience with top phone brands and scaling businesses.
  • Knowledge of the online marketplace and e-commerce industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, especially Hubspot.
  • Analytical thinking, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Independence, tenacity, and adaptability to a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, multilinguality in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Residency in Hong Kong.
