We're currently partnering with a fast growing skincare and personal care organization with over 50+ brands in their portfolio in building their capabilities and team here in Hong Kong. They're currently looking for 2 (assistant) sales manager for their team in Hong Kong to further expand their operations and capabilities in both online and offline channels.
The individual will be responsible in developing new channels, maintaining existing channels and identifying business opportunities where they can distribute their brands and drive product awareness & growth to achieve sales objectives. The individual needs to be equipped with channel sales management either targeting b2b or b2c channels eg. supermarkets, convenience stores, hospitality, education, residential, distributor, department stores etc.

- responsible in formulating sales strategies to drive revenue to reach commercial objectives and to drive products awareness across different channels in Hong Kong eg. b2b, b2c, ecommerce, distributor etc.
- research and market analysis to identify business opportunities for products distribution (online and offline) in Hong Kong
- develop annual business plans and channel activity plans
- maintain and develop relationships with channel partners
- responsible for contract and pricing negotiations to ensure profitability
- collaborate with global team on new product launches to ensure accurate and timely launch in Hong Kong
- inventory check and management to ensure sufficient inventory level in Hong Kongskills & experiences required.
- Degree holder
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales/key account management in the consumer sector, preferably in the personal care, fragrance or related
- Experience managing retail channels and or b2b channels (hospitality, airlines, education etc.) is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills, numeric and relationship oriented
- strong communications, self-motivated, energetic, discipline
- Team player, results driven and strong business acumen
