Job Description

Hang Seng Bank Limited is committed to service excellence and seeks to attract high-calibre talent to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving the formulation of business strategies and managing business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic plans for the business, focusing on revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead the transformation of cost structures to future-proof the bank, ensuring alignment with group policy and local regulations.
  • Provide oversight of fraud management and operations activities, ensuring effective risk governance and decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and implement fraud detection systems, leveraging expertise in SAS EFM, Falcon, Biocatch, Hunter, Feedzai, and Threatmetrix.
  • Collaborate with lines of business and risk owners to develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of bank-wide investments, addressing current and future requirements.
  • Research industry trends and innovative solutions to enhance the bank's capabilities and customer experience.
  • Manage third-party relationships, including card schemes and vendors, to drive control enhancements for Hang Seng Bank Limited.
  • Ensure benefits from change are tracked and fed into AOP planning, and deliver initiatives in line with group standards.
  • Support the response to flash fraud attacks, designing, developing, and implementing required fraud controls to drive excellent customer experiences.
Requirements
  • University graduate or above.
  • At least 8 years of leadership-level experience in a Fraud Strategy/Management or Transformation function.
  • Detailed knowledge of Hang Seng Bank Limited's products and processes.
  • Experience working with LEAs and designing, developing, and implementing fraud detection systems.
  • Past experience in leading analytically based or major operational projects, with knowledge of strategic delivery of controls and processes.
  • Operational experience and experience resolving operational challenges, with the ability to work in a multi-matrixed organization.
