About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, securing qualified sales appointments, and building a network of industry contacts and influencers to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore and develop new customer base with facilities management, property developers, banks, schools, and other relevant industries.
  • Grow our green and energy-saving business, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide professional energy-saving solutions to clients, facilitating environmentally friendly systems.
  • Maintain strong partnership relationships with customers for excellent service and products.
  • Participate in sales team pre-sales activities and design technical solutions for various systems.
  • Coordinate and monitor project progress with different departments and contractors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in selling RCs/Energy Audit Solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales planning skills.
  • Experience in selling solutions that meet clients' standards in ESG/Green Buildings.
  • Strong project planning, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A positive, passionate, and supportive attitude.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin (a plus).
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to submit reports or documents timely.
  • Able to handle and solve problems independently.
  • Highly adaptable and result-driven.
  • Highly commercial and entrepreneurial.
  • Self-motivated with a strong initiative to meet and exceed sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the building services/engineering industry would be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and positive.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and selling skills.
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese.
