Position Overview:
- Assist clients in achieving their Carbon Net Zero (CNZ) objectives.
- Contribute to various energy and sustainability initiatives and support business development efforts within Arcadis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team and the CNZ Project Management Office in executing Carbon Net Zero initiatives.
- Play a crucial role in advancing energy and sustainability programs and projects for our clientele.
- Collaborate with research teams and specific business units to design tailored energy management and sustainability solutions that align with client strategies.
- Engage in the research and development of innovative best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Facilitate the growth of energy and sustainability consultancy services.
- Participate in ESG and Sustainability reporting, benchmarking, and energy assessments.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in a facilities, engineering, or technical discipline.
- Proven expertise in HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, control systems, and general electrical and mechanical systems.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in engineering, environmental, or sustainability services.
- A strong passion for energy management and sustainability.
- Proficient in computer and IT applications.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and possesses a positive outlook.
Desirable:
- Certification as a Energy Manager or Green Building Professional.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in energy management services.
