Position Overview:
- Assist clients in achieving their Carbon Net Zero (CNZ) objectives.
- Contribute to various energy and sustainability initiatives and support business development efforts within Arcadis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the team and the CNZ Project Management Office in relation to the Carbon Net Zero program.
- Engage in energy and sustainability projects, delivering support to our clients.
- Collaborate with research teams and business units to design tailored energy management and sustainability solutions that meet client strategic requirements.
- Conduct research and develop innovative best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Assist in the growth of energy and sustainability consultancy services.
- Participate in ESG and Sustainability reporting, benchmarking, and energy analysis.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as facilities management or engineering.
- Proven knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, control systems, and general electrical and mechanical systems.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in engineering, environmental, or sustainability services.
- A strong passion for energy management and sustainability.
- Proficient in IT and computer skills.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and possessing a positive attitude.
Desirable:
- Certification as a Energy Manager or Green Building Professional.
- Solid understanding and experience in energy management services.
