Strategic Advisor, Deal Advisory

KPMG China is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Advisor, Deal Advisory. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their growth ambitions through innovative strategies and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement growth strategies that drive business results for our clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client engagements and work streams
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and topical campaigns
- Support client relationship management and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in sustainability, social impact, and corporate responsibility
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated role such as corporate social sustainability and responsibility, social impact, or change management
- Previous management consulting experience is highly desirable
- Relevant qualifications (Bachelor degree or above) in social research, client change, sustainable development, social impact, and/or related disciplines
- Understanding of social impact and corporate responsibility issues, trends, standards, and guidelines
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and ability to think critically and take a challenging yet constructive approach
