KPMG China's ESG Reporting, Advisory and Assurance practice is seeking a skilled professional to support our clients in improving their corporate sustainability management and developing strategies to address specific sustainability challenges. Our goal is to help our clients understand and respond to sustainability trends that are driving changes in markets, regulations, and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sustainability team to deliver Advisory and Assurance projects, including preparing ESG reports, analyzing ESG data and ratings, and developing sustainability roadmaps and strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest climate change and sustainability knowledge and trends
- Develop and coordinate initiatives to improve the quality of Sustainability services, including training, seminars, and surveys
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- A recognized degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in environmental, engineering, or management-related fields
- 1-5 years of experience working with an external consultant on corporate sustainability advisory and assurance projects
- Strong understanding of climate and sustainability issues, demonstrated through previous project experience, research, or other relevant work
- Professional qualifications are an advantage
- Excellent communication and language skills, with a good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Ability to work effectively in a team, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities
