Job Description

The Mid-Senior Sales and Business Development Professional will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and expansion of Cobo's institutional business. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Web 3.0, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and decentralized finance (DeFi).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with Cobo's business goals
  • Actively identify, target, and acquire new institutional clients and leads
  • Grow and expand relationships with existing clients
  • Engage with institutional players, increase awareness of Cobo's institutional business products and services

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in the FinTech industry, with at least 2 years of experience in the Cryptocurrency/SaaS industry
  • Prior experience in Web 3.0, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and decentralized finance (DeFi)
  • Proven track record in building and managing client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial and resilient hunting personality
