About the Role

As a Senior Business Growth Manager at Snaphunt, you will be responsible for driving sales objectives and achieving commercial targets. Your primary goal is to identify new sales opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive monthly/quarterly sales objectives and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Broaden your network by attending industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the game.
  • Maintain and update the lead generation database to ensure data accuracy.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team by providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and quarterly business reviews with country sales teams.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or sales development roles within the Media & Entertainment, IT Services, and Software/SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
