Customer Experience Director

About the Role:
- You will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and processes.
- You will collaborate with the Product Sales Manager (PSM) to enhance selling strategies, increase team productivity, and foster a service environment that delivers the ultimate luxury experience for our customers.
- You will monitor and maintain accurate records of sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 1-2 years' experience in the luxury retail industry, with proven leadership skills and a track record of success in driving sales growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
