Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting investor services to institutional clients, generating and growing business from existing clients and potential targets, and managing client relationships in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • KYC Review and Client Onboarding: Handle Know Your Customer (KYC) review of new clients and other issues related to client onboarding, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Business Development: Promote investor services to institutional clients, focusing on various fund and investment products, as well as authorized funds.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and retain client relationships in a professional manner, identifying opportunities to grow business and increase revenue.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree and Qualifications: Hold a degree in business, finance, or a relevant discipline, with preference given to certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or FRM.
  • Experience: Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the asset management or banking industry.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrate a good understanding of economy, law, finance, financial management, and familiarity with economic and financial laws and regulations, as well as policies.
  • Language Skills: Have a good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
