About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Executive to join our team at HKT. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans for programs and campaigns aimed at the affluent segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Plans: Create and implement strategic plans to launch new products and services, manage app development, and coordinate with external and internal partners to ensure successful program execution.
  • Enhance Customer Engagement: Support the improvement of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) for digital touchpoints to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Organize Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement various marketing initiatives, including in-store materials, in-base communication, and social media platforms, to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with Internal and External Teams: Work closely with channel partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs from conception to completion.
  • Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs, compile reports, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  • Additional Projects: Take on additional ad hoc projects as necessary to support the marketing department.
Requirements
  • Education: Hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Experience: Possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in the marketing field.
  • Skills: Be self-driven, able to work effectively under tight deadlines, possess strong organizational skills, and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Command a proficient level of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
