Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to play a key role in shaping our overall marketing direction and executing innovative campaigns to achieve our business objectives. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will have the opportunity to shape and elevate our brand identity, engage with our target audience, and drive the success of our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with our business objectives, contributing to the development of brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape, utilizing data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Oversee the entire life cycle of a product, from conception to retirement, ensuring successful planning, development, launch, and maintenance while collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, product development, and design teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, building and maintaining relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing related subjects.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing and brand management in the consumer goods industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and creative team player with strong business acumen.
  • Knowledge of market trends and consumer insights, with the ability to use data to inform brand strategy.
