Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute after sales procedures, including parts ordering, claims, and goods receiving in system
  • Maintain daily stock card records
  • Coordinate shipments, including customs permit applications, packing lists, and invoice verification
  • Evaluate demand and inventory levels to place stock orders
  • Coordinate special order processing for various campaigns and new models
  • Prepare monthly reports for management review
  • Support system enhancement projects
  • Assist in parts pricing, including daily calculations and price file creation
Requirements:
  • Form 6 or Certificate in Business Administration/Logistics
  • 2 years of experience in stock management and order processing
  • Previous experience in automotive parts industry/supply chain process is preferable
  • Good customer service and experience in handling customer complaints
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
