Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Analysis: Conduct industry understanding and market analysis to inform the design and iteration of new products and marketing initiatives.
  2. Sales Team Management: Develop effective team incentive plans and bring sales team management experience to Cactus Custody.
  3. Customer Acquisition: Expand customers and sales channels through new customer communication, contract signing, user training, and maintenance of customer expectations.
