About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at Fullhouse World Management Company Limited, providing administrative support to our department and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative duties, including composing policy and guidelines, drafting memos, and preparing minutes.
  • Analyzing monthly management reports and composing correspondence.
  • Assisting with budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of department expenses.
  • Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory, and placing orders as needed.
  • Maintaining a high level of front-line service.
  • Hands-on experience managing company events and staff activity arrangements.
  • Participating in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration is preferable; IANG is also welcome.
  • Good organizational skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Responsible, with good initiative, willing to learn and work independently.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to multi-task.
  • Good command of written & spoken English or Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
