You will be responsible for leading the foreign exchange sales team.

Requirements

  • ">
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the financial industry as well as team management experience.">
  • Welcome from other financial industries such as Insurance/Equity/Property, etc.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.">
  • SFC Type 3 license holder preferred but not mandatory.">
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.">
  • Strong understanding of FX products, market dynamics, and client needs.">
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.">
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.">
