About the Role

Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to manage our offline sales team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition and retention through offline events and roadshow activations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets and business objectives.
  • Design and implement incentive schemes to motivate the sales team and ensure high team morale and sharp sales skills.
  • Run training programs to ensure all sales team members are well-accustomed to Futu's platform and product suite, marketing campaign mechanics, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet and exceed company sales goals.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of related working experience as a sales lead and managing a team of offline sales professionals.
  • Familiarity with offline sales and customer engagement, with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services, and compliance requirements.
  • Cantonese speaking fluency is mandatory; English and Mandarin speaking fluency is a plus.
  • This position requires regular fieldwork and shift duty including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
