Main Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, focusing on sell-in, sell-out, wearer recruitment, and transactions in our market intelligence platform.
  • Work closely with assigned accounts and cross-functional teams to develop sales growth plans, set ambitious targets, and remove obstacles to success.
  • Create and manage ECP segmentation models to optimize sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Deliver against key call objectives, primarily through outdoor work, and maintain accurate pre-call and post-call plans to ensure seamless execution.
  • Submit territory and cycle plan reports, providing valuable insights on customer and market issues to inform business decisions.
  • Foster strong partnerships with accounts to drive ongoing business, implement marketing programs, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to company-level decisions by sharing valuable insights and input from territories and accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, with a strong foundation in business, sales, or a related field.
  • At least one year of sales experience is desired, with a proven track record of achieving business results and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work outdoors, think proactively, collaborate effectively with colleagues, demonstrate high integrity, and commit to delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong analytical and business planning skills are necessary to drive sales growth, identify opportunities, and execute marketing plans.
  • Able to manage budgets, interact effectively with diverse customer types, and deliver exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
