We are seeking a skilled Retail Buying and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Marks & Spencer. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the buying team, assisting in the preparation and collation of management information, and constructing and updating the stores' catalogue.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of buying or administration experience.
- Proficient in both Windows and MS Excel.
- A good understanding of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Sumif is essential.
- Attentive to details, with good numerical sense and organizational skills.
- Self-driven, energetic, well-organized, and able to play as a good team-player.
- Fast learner with a positive working attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- SAP experience is an added advantage.
- Fresh Graduates are also welcomed.
