Main Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Coordinate project updates and contract reviews with internal teams.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs.
- Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Business Development Experience: Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Interior Design or Architecture Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Willingness to Travel: Frequent travel required to attend industry events and meetings.
- Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
