Job Role

The Counter Specialist Trainee will be responsible for handling daily counter transactions, providing customer service, and promoting retail banking services at our branches.

About the Job:
  • Handle cash transactions and provide change to customers.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Cross-sell retail banking services to customers and identify referral opportunities.
Key Requirements:
  • F.6 or above or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 3, with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 in HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese, English and Mathematics.
  • Some customer services experience, passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4) will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
