We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Innovation and Product Strategy.

**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will lead our product development team, overseeing the design and production of new products and systems from conceptual to mass production stages. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the product development team, including Cloud, App, Embedded Software, Hardware, and Mechanical developers.
  • Reviewing and approving staff performance bonuses for development team members.
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Product Management teams to define product specifications and development targets.
  • Defining systems architecture and test plans for new developments.
  • Working with Project Management, Sourcing, Production, and QA teams to ensure development projects meet defined schedules and budgets.
  • Developing technology and product roadmaps aligned with the company's strategic targets.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in electronics/IT product development, with at least 5+ years at a managerial level.
  • Strong technical competence in IoT and wireless technologies, with practical experience in Cloud and App-based system design, and/or embedded hardware and software designs for communication applications.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to motivate the team and provide guidance to subordinates.
  • Good reporting skills to senior management.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Good language skills in English (with Putonghua also desirable).

We offer a competitive salary package, with a base salary of approximately $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for career growth and professional development, as well as a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
