Job Description

We are seeking a Product Director to lead our trading product development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a product vision that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
  • User Experience: Advocate for users by gathering feedback, conducting usability tests, and analyzing user data to enhance the trading experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure product success and user engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or crypto industries.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and blockchain technology. Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
