Senior Servicing and Partnerships Manager

HSBC is seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Servicing and Partnerships Manager. This is a global role managing our biggest segment in customer numbers, with a variety of opportunities to capture and challenges to solve in an innovative and sustainable way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute partnerships strategy for Personal Banking segment, working closely with relevant partnership teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Lead the development and execution of Sales and Service Model strategy for Personal Banking, collaborating with channel strategy teams to drive business growth.
  • Own cross-sell targets for monoliners and create best-in-class strategies for segment upgrades to Premium, ensuring flawless transitions in countries.
  • Develop and execute retention strategies for the segment, including proactive and reactive measures to minimize attrition.
  • Lead Payment products and increase usage, driving business growth through innovative solutions.
  • Country lead for MEX, UK-M&S, EGY, and UAE markets, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in segment and proposition management within a customer-focused environment.
  • Southeast Asia market experience in segment/propositions teams.
  • Preferably global/regional team experience in either segment or product teams.
  • Demonstrated track record in successful proposition delivery.
  • Preferably have design experience of multi-channel customer experiences for a global brand.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with stakeholders from global teams and markets.
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of our Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) propositions and their connectivity with our international strategy.
