We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Hong Kong team, supporting our growing A&E business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with top clients, driving project inflow and closing deals.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers and major end-users.
  • Creating and managing project portfolios to drive business growth.
  • Closing projects specified and meeting revenue targets.
  • Project and Key Account Management.
  • Responsibility for the entire sales process, ensuring that specifications result in orders.

Your profile should include:

  • A native speaker in Cantonese, fluent in English.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a strong network of contacts.
  • Strong commercial skills, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Effective project management skills, able to communicate with stakeholders and ensure project inflow.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • A good understanding of quality, aesthetics and design principles.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with experience using relevant tools.
