Main responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers and major end-users.
- Creating and managing project portfolios to drive business growth.
- Closing projects specified and meeting revenue targets.
- Project and Key Account Management.
- Responsibility for the entire sales process, ensuring that specifications result in orders.
Your profile should include:
- A native speaker in Cantonese, fluent in English.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a strong network of contacts.
- Strong commercial skills, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Effective project management skills, able to communicate with stakeholders and ensure project inflow.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- A good understanding of quality, aesthetics and design principles.
