Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of corporate clients in the SME Banking business segment, providing proactive relationship management and ensuring seamless delivery of banking services.
- Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of existing and new clients, fostering long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with senior Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on client objectives and bank strategies.
- Pursue cross-selling opportunities and up-sell existing services to enhance the overall value proposition for clients.
Requirements:
- Holder of a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields; prior internship experience in the SME Banking sector is highly valued.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate banking products and services, including treasury operations, cash management, and trade finance.
- Familiarity with general banking operations, regulatory requirements, and credit risk management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare compelling credit proposals, leveraging industry insights and financial analysis to inform lending decisions.
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both written and verbal English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
