Are you a digital enthusiast looking to drive innovation and excellence in the financial sector? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Digital Platform Manager to join our dynamic team at Hang Seng Bank Limited.

About the Role

As an Assistant Digital Platform Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation of key digital initiatives, including digital product, servicing, and platform projects. You will drive and manage the planning and execution of strategic digital projects, ensuring the delivery of excellent digital customer experience through our website and mobile channels. Your expertise will be crucial in driving ambitious growth in digital traffic and usage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of key digital initiatives, including digital product, servicing, and platform projects.
  • Drive and manage the planning and execution of strategic digital projects.
  • Ensure the delivery of excellent digital customer experience through our website and mobile channels.
  • Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including business users, UX/UI design, IT, legal, compliance, and external vendors.
  • Monitor the latest market movement, interpret digital journey and engagement effectiveness, and identify learning, insights, and actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory changes and requirements for executing enhancements and compliance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in digital project, product, or platform management and implementation, preferably with exposure to the banking or financial sector.
  • Energetic and excited about web and mobile technologies, with a passion for bringing digital ideas to life.
  • Tech-savviness and experience in agile working models are preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability, with self-initiation and drive to achieve excellence.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
