Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Platform Manager – Secure Access to join our Digital Banking Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing the capabilities of our digital platform, developing best-in-class digital experiences, and driving business outcomes through digital penetration, activeness, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital platform initiatives and roadmaps to enhance customer authentication capabilities, security, and fraud prevention control.
  • Oversee customer insights on mobile and desktop authentication and safety journeys, using metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and app store feedback.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including global teams, business stakeholders, risk stewards, UX/UI design, IT, transformation, and frontline, to ensure a coherent overall experience for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with market and regulatory changes, and execute enhancements to address regulations and ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Plan business and IT budgets to drive digital platform development and achieve business outcomes.
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Technology, e-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital platform management, digital payment and wallet, or project management in the banking or financial sector.
  • Blend of business and technical savviness, with the ability to drive strategy into action.
  • Customer-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to comprehend complicated business dynamics.
  • Open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability, with the ability to demonstrate flexibility when addressing shifting or competing priorities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, with knowledge of Mandarin a plus.
