Job Title: Lead / Senior IT Security Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead / Senior IT Security Specialist to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our IT security team, you will be responsible for leading the establishment of access management, operations principles, and practices for our new Oracle platform.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with Security and Internal Audit teams to develop and implement access management policies and procedures.
  2. Work with external and internal security experts to define, maintain, and review security administration policies.
  3. Collaborate with security architects, SI, and functional teams to ensure security risks are addressed, permissions are properly authorized, and testing plans are developed in accordance with project timelines.
  4. Lead the development of security standards and ensure sufficient controls are in place to enforce these standards.
  5. Provide regular reports on permission assignments across various application systems to facilitate information owner reviews.
  6. Identify potential risks in ERP applications (such as Oracle) and propose risk mitigation solutions, conducting bi-monthly ERP administrative account reviews.
  7. Maintain a single view on Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Senior Analyst – Network Security

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst – Network Security to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our IT security team, you will be responsible for participating in the redesign of our infrastructure architecture to transition to a cloud-friendly architecture compatible with our ERP solution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Participate in the redesign of our infrastructure architecture to transition to a cloud-friendly architecture compatible with our ERP solution.
  2. Configure network setups for secure access and information flow across our ERP and integration systems.
  3. Perform content monitoring and filtering of firewalls, intrusion prevention, network authentication, remote access, and enterprise anti-virus solutions in accordance with our cyber security standards.
  4. Work with our Cyber Security Architect to ensure compliance with all architecture directions and standards across our ERP and integration systems.
  5. Design incident/emergency response guidelines/systems against events leading to breakdown such as hacking, system errors, performance drops, etc.
  6. Create documentation for all security products or measures installed in our ERP project.
  7. Incorporate our ERP into our operation service management processes.

Senior Engineer - IT Security Administration

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer - IT Security Administration to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our IT security team, you will be responsible for participating in the development of access management and operations principles and practices for our new Oracle platform.

Job Requirements

Lead - IT Security Administration

Requirements

  1. A recognized university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  2. 5-8 years' IT security experience in supporting large-scale ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) access management and operation.
  3. Experience in the deployment of IAM, audit monitoring, and security control.
  4. Certification of ITIL, Oracle Cloud, or Azure Cloud preferred.
  5. Strong team management skills.
  6. Able to enforce the corporate IT security policy and IT services management standard.
  7. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills and detail-minded.
  8. Able to adapt and work with colleagues from different functions with different business needs.

Senior Analyst – Network Security

Requirements

  1. A recognized university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  2. At least 4-6 years relevant experience in a similar role.
  3. Good knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies OS/database/network, knowledge of cloud infrastructure is an advantage.
  4. Prior experience in cloud ERP/cloud project experience preferred.
  5. Experience in network Denial of Service defense/avoidance/protection.
  6. Agile ways of working experience and/or cross-functional technical solution delivery experience.
  7. Hands-on experience for Oracle Cloud or Azure Cloud implementation preferred.
  8. Experience in the deployment of IAM, audit monitoring, network, encryption, and security control in Azure or Oracle cloud solution is an advantage.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills, intelligence, self-driven, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  10. Good interpersonal and communication skills (detail-oriented).
  11. Demonstrable commitment to continuous learning.
  12. Proactive, performance-driven, and results-oriented.
