Senior Cyber Security Specialist

Job Summary
Reporting to the IT Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading cybersecurity projects, performing security assessments, and developing and implementing security solutions to protect Hip Hing Construction Ltd's digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of security solutions.
- Perform security assessments and identify vulnerabilities to prevent cyber threats and data breaches.
- Design and implement security solutions to protect against cyber threats, including network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Conduct ISO 27001 audits and ensure compliance with the standard, maintaining the highest level of security and data protection.
- Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures, ensuring all team members are aware of and adhere to security best practices.
- Conduct security assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses and improve overall security posture.
- Maintain database security, administration, and access controls, ensuring all data is secure and protected.
- Provide guidance and training to other team members on security best practices, promoting a culture of security awareness within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, ensuring Hip Hing Construction Ltd remains at the forefront of cybersecurity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years experience or above in cybersecurity engineering or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001 and IT security policies and procedures.
- Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Experience with security assessment and penetration testing tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
