Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive Future State Architecture documents that align with WPB's future, assisting in annual funding prioritization and enhancing efficiency through the implementation of the Target state.
- Identify and manage long-term dependencies across all Digital Platforms, monitoring emerging platform trends to ensure continued relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with IT to establish business architecture and resilience standards for Digital Platforms, facilitating timely decisions regarding the architecture of capabilities created by Digital Platforms value streams.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various regions, affecting multiple aspects of the WPB business.
- Oversee overall change governance within the business and technology concerning VS solution decisions, ensuring alignment with key HSBC Group business architecture priorities.
- A thorough understanding of the retail banking and wealth management sectors, covering aspects such as products, competition, regulations, and trends in digitalization and innovation.
- Proficiency in Agile operating methods, operational value streams, and business architecture frameworks.
- Significant experience in managing large-scale, global digital transformation projects and change initiatives, along with a solid grasp of the technical design of digital capabilities across various layers of technology.
- Strong analytical abilities, combined with a commercial approach to assessing architectural decisions.
- Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with and influence senior leaders.
