We're seeking a skilled Digital Learning Manager to develop innovative digital learning solutions tailored to the health insurance business. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage comprehensive digital learning programs to educate and coach agents on health insurance products, policies, regulations, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategic digital learning roadmap for the health insurance sector, aligning with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and other digital assets.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of digital learning initiatives.
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and other digital learning platforms, including content uploading, user management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Evaluate the performance and impact of digital learning programs through metrics, feedback, and assessments, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to users of digital learning platforms, troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, digital media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital learning management, preferably within the health insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective digital learning solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and digital authoring tools.
  • Knowledge of health insurance products, policies, regulations, and industry trends is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese. Putonghua is an advantage.
