Learning and Development Manager

Kennedys is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join its Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the firm's L&D function in delivering the global learning and development strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Senior HR Managers and HR teams in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore to deliver a L&D strategy for APAC.
- Liaise with the global L&D function to ensure alignment across regions for key learning initiatives.
- Build meaningful relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
- Work closely and partner with the business to identify learning needs through consulting and analysis of data.
- Manage APAC cohorts of global programmes and ensure they are tailored to APAC needs.
- Take responsibility for APAC learning and development projects, leveraging latest technologies.
- Identify, design, and deliver L&D interventions to support local needs.
- Monitor the engagement with and impact of learning on business performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external providers and bodies.
- Work collaboratively with other training and knowledge management teams in the firm.
- Assess how the firm can leverage technologies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of learning.
- Attend global L&D meetings, representing APAC.
- Ideal experience gained in a corporate global company and working into a global COE or similar model.
- A passion for learning and development.
- Demonstratable ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, confident presenter.
- Ideal experience of and spent time in some or all of the APAC locations.
- Strategic acumen and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrable professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
- Strong strategic thinker and influencer.
- Builds and manages relationships across a global network with senior leadership.
