About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, driving business results and supporting our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to support the development of our employees, including onboarding, leadership development, and technical skills training.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Design and deliver training programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective in achieving business outcomes.
  • Measure the impact of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and apply this knowledge to inform our training programs.

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in English and Chinese language.
  • College degree with 3 years relevant experience in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
